Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Allie, founder of Maeve & Rose.
I’ve spent my career immersed in events, branding, marketing, and floral design — building experiences that bring people together in meaningful and beautiful ways. Creativity has always been at the center of who I am, and I love transforming ideas into celebrations that feel intentional, elevated, and deeply personal.
Maeve & Rose was created from a love of flowers, thoughtful design, and the joy that comes from helping people celebrate life’s most meaningful moments. Named after my daughters, Soren Rose and Maxine Maeve, this business reflects both my creative vision and the heart behind everything I do.
My style is rooted in seasonality and natural movement — incorporating locally grown blooms whenever possible and designing florals that feel unique to each client and event. I believe no two celebrations should ever feel the same.
Beyond floral design, I’m passionate about creating calm within the planning process. Whether coordinating a wedding weekend, designing a corporate event, or styling an intimate gathering, I love building the right team, refining every detail, and making the experience feel seamless from start to finish.

“Allie WAS my wedding; she was the reason we moved forward with the venue we did, knowing we'd be lucky enough to have her talent touch our special day! Allie has a true gift; she takes your vision and turns it into a dream. I showed Allie a few inspirational photos during one of our meetings, mentioning the vibe is "gothic woodland fairy waking up from a nap in a field of wildflowers" (LOL - who can work with that? Allie can!) and she blew past any expectation we could have ever imagined. The flowers, centerpieces, and arrangements were the most vibrant, beautiful pieces I have ever seen. She is so knowledgeable, experienced, creative, and just a beacon of light. Knowing I loved dried flowers, she even surprised me with hand-dried flowers she made for me to wear in my hair and for Justin's boutonniere.
The day of our (outdoor) wedding, we were hit with rain. Allie took me aside as I was (nervously) getting hair & makeup, and so sweetly said "you can do whatever you want, and everything will be perfect. Why don't you go outside and see how YOU feel. And if you want to embrace the mist, embrace the mist!". She was the perfect calming presence I needed in that moment, and I owe so much to her for that. It was more than just a decision, it was her giving me comfort, re-assurance, and a much-needed little giggle. The day turned out perfectly - we laughed and danced in the scent of fresh flowers, we embraced the mist, and it was all because of Allie.
